We all know that there are no lack of diets and eating plans out there.
All of them claim to be the best for losing weight and overall health. But how do we know for sure??
Here is a blog I came across that has a write up called Pseudo-Healthy Diets.
I thought it was a great article that explained why whole grains aren't all they are cracked up to be, why low fat is something to reconsider, why you want to steer clear of artificial sweeteners, and more!
